Yesterday, when news broke that comedienne Joan Rivers passed away, social media erupted with condolences and positive wishes for the family. While most saw no problem with this, Brooklyn rapper Fabolous questioned just how genuine those words of encouragement were, saying he thinks many young people are only shouting out the legendary funny lady because it's the "It" thing to do.

Fab also questioned the recent ALS, ice bucket challenge, saying the whole point is to donate money and instead people are getting wrapped up in the popularity of the challenge rather than it's true purpose.
