Two songwriters are taking TDE's Kendrick Lamar to court for a cool million, as well as the profits for and rights to the hit song "Rigamortis" -- the duo says the emcee stole the song from them back in 2011.
"Rigamortis" appeared on K. Dot's independent album Section.80 and helped propel the Compton rapper to mainstream success. Eric Reed and Willie Jones III now claim that they made a song called "The Thorn" in 2010 and that Lamar ripped off the entire song for his hit.
The two musicians say they never got any money or even credit for their work.
