Cee-Lo Green decided to do a little damage control following news of his felony drug charge on Twitter, but it looks like the former "The Voice" coach made things worse.

According to BuzzFeed, the singer took to his Twitter page Sunday night to define rape. Green was sentenced to three years probation after pleading no contest to slipping ecstasy in a woman's drink.

The woman also claims the musician raped her, but the charges were dropped due to a lack of evidence.

Green tweeted that rape counts if the person is conscious.

"If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously," he tweeted. "People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!"

As he tried to defend himself, users debated with him the true definition of rape which means having sex with someone without their verbal consent.

The singer continued with more tweets before deleting his account.
