Time Magazine is under fire once again and accused of being incredibly insensitive over their latest piece titled "Negrophobia: Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and America's Fear of Black People."
While the article itself hasn't been completely scrutinized, the net was quick to call out author Brandon Hill for substituting the word "negrophobia" in for straight up racism. Does equating racism with a legitimate phobia absolve the prejudice of guilt?
