The rapper was arrested on Friday evening at a clothing store in Hyde Park during a raid. Reports claim that they were looking for a man who violated his probation, Hussle shared his side of the story on Instagram.

Nipsey explains that it was in fact his flagship store that was raided. He says the police didn't have a clear reason as to why they needed to search the store.

"LAPD raiding our flagship clothing store," he said. "Searching it for hours to find nothing. Then Bookin me for "obstructing an investigation"

He also says he was targeted earlier when he was driving with one of his friends.

"LAPD pullin me and @allmoneyinbh over. They searched my car for 2 hours and found nothin." he said with a photo of the police and his car.

He was released Saturday morning after posting $13,000 for bail. He also added that the arrest seemed "unlawful and without cause."
