While Jay Z & Kanye West's "Watch the Throne" is considered by many to be one of the best Hip-Hop albums of the last few years, one New York musician is questioning just how artistically valuable it is, as he's claiming to have laid down the blueprint for a particular track.

Joel McDonald is suing Hov, Yeezy and singer/songwriter Frank Ocean for a whooping $3 million, alleging the trio lifted the concept of his own 2009 song "Made in America" for their own version. While the songs share a title, there are very noticeable differences sonically.
