The brawl that went down at the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reunion show has now spawned a lawsuit from cast member Althea Eaton, who claims that Joseline Hernandez was smoking crack before the incident. According to TMZ, Althea filed the lawsuit against Joseline, who reportedly punched her in the face, scratched her, and pulled her hair during the taping.
Neither Vh1 nor the producers are named in the suit, in which Benzino's fiancee claims that Joseline was inebriated after lighting up a crack pipe backstage.
