VH1's latest show, Atlanta Exes, features Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond, Kevin Hart's ex-wife Torrei Hart, and Ne-Yo's ex-fiance Monyetta Shaw, sharing some of their experiences with music and entertainment's biggest stars.
In a recent episode, Shaw opens up about her former relationship with Ne-Yo and why she decided to voluntarily get a drastic surgery that resulted in getting her fallopian tubes burned.
"Together as a family we said we didn't want any more [children] especially when we found out it was a boy," she said.
"We were like, 'Oh yea, we're done' so I closed up shop."
When asked if she got the standard procedure of her fallopian tubes getting blocked or tied, Shaw explained that she got them burned.
"The doctor asked me eight times, 'Are you sure?'" she said. "I said yes because this is what we want."
The former radio host says she regrets the decision since the two are no longer together.
"It gets me, it makes me angry."
The two are currently living together while the singer is dating model Crystal Renay.
