Ohio man Kenneth Douglas, 60, has just been convicted of a little heard of crime called gross abuse of a corpse after admitting to having had sex with at least 100 dead bodies as a night shift morgue employee between 1976 and 1992. "I would just get on top of them and pull my pants down," he confessed.

He also admitted that he was usually drunk or high when abusing the corpses. "If I hadn't had anything to drink when I went to work, it wouldn't happen," Douglas said. "I would do crack and go in and drink and go in."

This conviction comes after families of three of the victims sued. DNA evidence - semen discovered in the body of Karen Range, 19, who was murdered by a door-to-door salesman back in 1992 - wasn't discovered until 2008.

For some reason, this is a prevalent problem in Hamilton County, as it's the fourth such case against the county for "failing to protect bodies in the morgue."
