The reality star went through a series of different looks for the shoot, but the most recent episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" showed that she ultimately didn't end up going with the more shocking look.
Mrs. West kept fans glued to her Instagram page as she kept uploading photos, one more scandalous than the next. One that really caught the eye of her viewers was a snap of her voluptuous figure from the waist down. Kim nonchalantly titled the photo around promoting the latest episode of her reality show, but fans were more fixated on her rotund booty, which was outfitted in a bodysuit and sheer stockings.
