Reality TV star Draya Michelle may soon be in hot water over skipping a paid nightclub appearance in LA allegedly because there were too many gay people.
TMZ is reporting that Penthouse Nightclub was expecting the 'Basketball Wives' star to host their Hip-Hop Sundays event this past weekend, but according to club executives, when Draya arrived at the venue she sized up the crowd and decided she didn't want to waste her evening around a bunch of "f*gs and d*kes".
Draya tells TMZ that she never said these inflammatory statements and that she didn't even show up to the club that evening, as she was home sick. After calling the club owner to cancel, she says the owner threatened to trash her in the media.
The owner, who is planning a lawsuit, contests that Draya accepted a $2,500 advance and didn't show -- costing the club money and disappointing attendees.
Draya tells TMZ that she'll be more than happy to entertain her LGBT fanbase, on another night and at a different venue.
