It looks like embattled pop star Justin Beiber has once again wiggled his way out of a tight legal situation, as the Miami Herald is reporting that Beibervelli will only be pleading guilty to careless driving and resisting an officer without violence, stemming from his drunk driving arrest in January.

Bieber will have to report to a 12-hour anger management class and donate $50,000 to charity, a lesser sentence than what was initially proposed due to evidence suggesting that the arresting officer lied about the Canadian singer drag racing and smelling of alcohol.

Although Bieber is on 2 years of probation for a misdemeanor vandalism charge (earlier this summer he pled no contest to charges of egging a neighbor's house), he was able to dodge an additional probation sentence.

Was this the right call or did Justin Beiber get off too easy? Sound off in the C-section.
