Chris Brown and Drake planned to debut their new collaboration at the rapper's OVO Fest in Canada on Monday, but Brown's legal troubles have prevented him from entering the country.

According to TMZ, the singer's recent jail time and other legal issues require the singer to fill out forms that won't be prepared by Monday.

While Tyga confirmed that the two artists do have a song together that isn't about Rihanna, TMZ claims they do.

Chris partied in Monaco over the weekend, while Drake performed with Wiz Khalifa at the "Under the Influence of Music" tour stop in Toronto.
