Back in April, Shaquille O'Neal & Waka Flocka Flame got into some hot water after making fun of a fan on social media named Jahmel Binion. The former NBA star and ATL rapper re-posted his picture with mean-spirited captions, not knowing Binion suffers from hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, a disorder that causes limited hair growth, missing teeth, and facial deformities.

Once Shaq realized his error, he removed the mocking photo from his social media accounts, got in touch with Jahmel and apologized, later tweeting, "Made a new friend today when I called and apologized to Jahmel Binion. Great dude. #alwayslearning #MYBADCUZ."

Binion clearly didn't believe the apology was sincere, as he just filed a defamation suit against Shaq, Waka and Utah Jazz guard Trey Burke. The lawsuit points out that more than 8.4 million people read the rude comments and mocking photos.

The 23-year-old Binion told The Macomb Daily Newspaper in Michigan that "When they said sorry, I felt like they were saying it to get the pressure off of them for being considered 'bad people."
