While Ne-Yo is riding high off of the success of his new Jeezy-featured single, "Money Can't Buy," he's still all about his business and is taking his former manager to court for not having said business in order.

According to The Huffington Post, Shaffer "Ne-Yo" Smith is suing ex-manager Kevin Foster for a whopping $8 million, claiming his one-time confidant not only moved money in Ne-Yo's accounts without permission, but forged the "Irreplaceable" writer's signature on loan documents to invest in a water company that was on the edge of filing bankruptcy.

The lawsuit seeks $4.5M plus another $3.5M in fees Ne-Yo claims he paid Foster. Neither Ne-Yo nor Foster's representatives could be reached for comment.
