Contrary to previous reports, it appears as though fans have been celebrating the release of Remy Ma a bit too soon, as Revolt TV is reporting that she is actually still incarcerated.  Even though both Papoose and Remy's Twitter accounts have been hyping a July 31st release date, according to Revolt TV, Remy remains behind bars due to a disciplinary infraction that occurred on July 21st.  Apparently the July 31st release date was only a tentative release date this entire time.

Revolt got the news from an official who works for the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women, and that information was later confirmed by an official who works for the New York State parole office.  The disciplinary infraction in question may potentially be the call she made to Angie Martinez's Power 105 radio show on July 21st, as the infraction was cited as "a third party call"; however, that has yet to be confirmed.

Apparently Remy can be released once the incident report for the infraction is settled.  Papoose has yet to comment on the situation, as his Twitter and Instagram accounts have not given any updated information regarding Remy's release.  It's unclear if Pap even knew that his wife would not be released on the scheduled date due to the fact that he has been promoting July 31st as the official release, even up until the day prior, July 30th.  Also, it was reported by Hot 97 that Papoose and others actually rode up to the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility to pick her up, so if he was unaware that she would not be released you can only imagine how that must've made Papoose feel.

Earlier today Twitter was rejoicing over the highly anticipated release of Remy Ma, but unfortunately it appears her loyal fans may have to wait a little longer for her return.
