While Philly native Meek Mill was looking forward to promoting his new album, "Dreams Worth More than Money" this summer, there's now a very slim chance he'll be able to, as the judge presiding over his case has denied his request for an emergency hearing, likely leaving the rapper behind bars until September.

The 27-year-old MMG artist was jailed on July 11th for violating terms of his probation stemming from a 2009 drug and gun conviction. He was sentenced to 3-6 months in jail.

According to Philly.com, Meek "failed to provide his probation officer with a working phone number, used his Twitter account to disparage the officer and the prosecutor assigned to the case, booked out-of-town concerts without court permission, was 'combative' and 'disrespectful' to probation-office staffers and posed for a picture posted on Instagram holding a gun."

Meek's new album is slated to drop September 9th.
