It's no surprise that 20-year-old Justin Bieber enjoys alcohol, but a Hollywood club is now in danger of multiple fines after the singer was photoed drinking with Chris Brown.
According to TMZ, Bootsy Bellows, a club in West Hollywood co-owned by actor David Arquette, is facing fines after Justin Bieber was seen drinking Heinekens with Chris Brown last week.
The popular celebrity club allows patrons in under 21, but doesn't serve them alcohol. The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control is now aware of Bieber's drinking and has stepped up their procedures with underage drinking by hiring undercover agents to monitor the club.
