Despite being in a relationship with Carl Crawford, Evelyn Lozada just can't seem to get away from situations involving ex-lovers. Most recently, Lozada had to pay $40,000 to end a lawsuit against her and ex-fiance, Antoine Walker. The lawsuit accused Lozada and Walker of fraud.

The JasmineBrand.com is reporting that Evelyn was sued by the trustee of her ex-fiance's bankruptcy case due to the fact that Walker gave her over $600,000 in order to allegedly defraud his creditors and help her open her shoe store, Dulce, located in Miami. Because of this, Evelyn has been paying the trustee $10,000 per month, and made her last payment in February. She paid the trustee a total of $40,000 and had the case dismissed.
