A lot of fans were fearing the worst after Raymond Felton's wife had her attorney bring his loaded semi-automatic handgun into a police precinct, just a week after she filed for divorce. However, unlike Plaxico Burress, Lil Wayne, and other celebrity figures who've done time for gun related charges, Raymond Felton managed to get off with a simple punishment of community service and a $5,000 fine.
Felton pled guilty to the felony gun possession case which allowed him to avoid jail time by admitting to owning the pistol. He'll most likely enter the plea deal officially by the end of June.
