According to a complaint filed in Monongalia Circuit Court, Wiz Khalifa, along with a group of men, assaulted and battered a man named Ryan Smith at Tunez and Cue Restaurant back in April. Although it is unclear as to who Ryan Smith is or what his relation to is to Wiz, it is clear that something went on that led to Smith being hospitalized and sustaining injuries that would later cause him to need dental work and reconstructive surgery.
The lawsuit states that the attack was unprovoked. Defendants in the suit include Rostrum Records, which Khalifa is a partner in, and up to forty other men.
