In Justin Bieber's series of legal troubles, the singer now has one less case to worry about.
According to TMZ, an L.A prosecutor dismissed a case involving a woman suing Justin for stealing her phone. A few weeks ago, the singer was with his entourage at a batting cage in the San Fernando Valley when the woman decided to take photos on her phone. Bieber allegedly took the woman's phone and tried to delete the photos.
While the singer returned the phone back to the woman, she filed legal action anyway. The city attorney rejected the case due to lack of evidence.
The only case remaining on his file is the egg throwing case which resulted in $20,000 in damages to his neighbor's home.
