According to a new lawsuit filed against Tamar Braxton, the R&B diva allegedly stole tracks from an up-and-coming singer-songwriter.

Emmi Kozulin claims she co-wrote "One on One Fun" with Angela Hunte, and she even recorded a version of the song herself. While Kozulin admitted that Hunte had the right to license the lyrics, she claims her vocals were left on the track and made it onto the album.

Kozulin claims that as co-writer of the song, she's entitled to 50% of the royalties plus damages. Tamar's reps tell TMZ the the fight is really between the songwriters and producer, not the artist herself.
