The 2014 BET Awards will kick off this month with performances by music's biggest artists.
The first batch of artists announced Tuesday includes Pharrell Williams, Usher, Drake and Lil Wayne. Trey Songz and Jennifer Hudson will also perform while Lionel Richie will take the stage prior to his Lifetime Achievement Award honor.
The BET Experience, a festival launched in 2013, will feature Outkast, Maxwell, Mack Wilds, Candice Glover, The Roots and many more.
Chris Rock will host the show on June 29 at the Nokia Theater in L.A.
