Mos Def Cancels US Tour Over Immigration Issues

Yasiin Bey, or known to many as Mos Def, has canceled his U.S. tour after facing issues with immigration.

According to AllHipHop, the Brooklyn rapper moved to South Africa last year. It was announced earlier today by Together Boston due to immigration/legal issues.Tickets for his show would be refunded immediately.

Mos Def decided to leave his native Brooklyn after an enlightening trip to Cape Town in 2009.

According to The Guardian, officials say that the rapper has decided to not return to America as he wishes not be a US citizen anymore.
