Aside from having hit music, August Alsina has been stirring things up outside of the booth, and most recently caused his fans to experience mass hysteria after he posted a picture of himself being hanged on Instagram. In the photo, August is hanging from a ceiling with a noose around his neck and features a lifeless expression on his face. He is dressed in all black in the photo, which is captioned, "Rest in peace Aug. Forever missed #holdyoudownforlife," without providing his fans with any further explanation of the picture.
Many fans were quick to comment and share their concerns over the seriously depressing and frightening picture. Some believe that it is a still image from the video shoot for his "FML (F*ck My Life)" song off of his album; however, that has yet to be confirmed by either August or his representatives.
