Mason Betha, aka Ma$e, is poised to make yet another comeback attempt, this time with a few heavy-hitters on his side.

In an interview with DJ L-Nyce the Harlem rapper named Meek Mill and Cam'ron as two of the early collaborators that he'll be working alongside, not to mention Drake. He'll also be rejoining his original partner-in-crime, the newly renamed Puff Daddy. When speaking to L-Nyce, Ma$e was asked the difference between throwback Ma$e and present-day Ma$e:

"Storyline is still the same: making it amongst people who thought we couldn't. It's definitely not gonna be no welcome back album, it's gonna be some of everything."

He also commented on the tension between himself and J. Cole:

"Me and J.Cole don't have no history. We just want to be brilliant...no issues. I'm focused. I might want him on the album."

Ma$e's latest single "Nothing" features Eric Bellinger and is out now, while we can expect a release for the new album somewhere between September and October of this year. Are y'all ready or even looking forward to a Ma$e return or has his time come and gone?
