Rapper and reality tv star Mac Miller phoned in to Billboard for an interview about his latest release "Faces", but things turned a little personal when the rapper's drug use became the topic of discussion.

"I've been doing drugs since I was 10 years old. I just hid it better back then," he told Billboard. "For me personally, it's never one D of C (drug of choice). Yeah dude, I experiment. Am I proud of it? Do I rep' it? No. But do I rap about it because it's what's going on? Yeah. Would I suggest kids to do drugs? Hell no."

He's very open and upfront about his life so it's of no surprise to hear him speak so candidly about something the majority of us wouldn't take as casually. For the full interview head over to The Juice podcast on Billboard.com and leave us a comment.

Do you think Mac's admission will do more harm than good?
