Wyclef's latest anti-violence anthem "April Showers", has been pulled from YouTube over allegations of a stolen photo of Tupac Shakur.

According to TMZ, Cathy Scott author of "The Killing of Tupac Shakur", believes the rapper used the image of Pac's autopsy from her book without her permission. YouTube pulled the video immediately but the man who acted as the fake body has come forward to defend the video.

Richard Garcia says that he is the man that played the rapper and will prove it. Garcia says he sat in a makeup chair for 8 hours with makeup artist Autumn McHugh, preparing for the small scene .

Compared to the actual autopsy pic, the Tupac impersonator has several tattoos missing as he lays on the mortician's table in the video. Scott claims that image is "too perfect" to be fake.

Garcia, who has been featured on MTV2's 'Jobs That Don't Suck' posted a photo of himself prepping for the scene with a make-up artist.

Take a look at the image from the video in the slideshow above, do you think it's the real deal?
