Veteran of the modeling industry Tyra Banks is allegedly very upset with her one-time home team, Victoria's Secret, because they refused to allow her to hit the stage once more, according to Radar Online.

According to their source, the 40-year-old former supermodel was "dying to appear on the runways as a surprise in the most recent CBS Victoria Secret Fashion Show" last December, "but was rejected by the brand and the network, despite her long affiliation with the company. She's outraged and is threatening to never to work with Victoria's Secret again."

Banks is an extremely accomplished entrepreneur, being the first African American woman on the covers of both GQ and the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, and it seems her status as a vet is exactly what's hindering her return. The source added that the reason given to Tyra was that "the audience likes to see the newest models, not the 'veterans,' on the runway during the VS TV show."

Is that a good enough excuse to exclude Banks, after she's been a such a major part of the brand for years? Sound off below.
