Birdman has been anticipating moving into his Miami mansion, and according to TMZ, he's taken out a $5 million loan to deck out the interior. The music mogul has shared dozens of photos of plans for his new mansion on Instagram, which include extravagant fountains, marble and stone work, and a sick outdoor entertainment area.

Birdman bought the home in 2012 for a cool $14.5 million, and has been planning work on the house ever since. It used to belong to music producer Scott Storch, but was foreclosed on two years prior to Birdman purchasing it.
