The beautiful Rosa Acosta celebrated the big 3-0 in Cabo last week with some of her gorgeous friends.
The model, who was recently featured in Trey Songz's "Nana" video, showed off her killer body with intricate sexy custom made bathing suits. Although her actual birthday falls on April 30, Acosta brought her friends together a few weeks early for the festivities.
