Yesterday, the story broke that San Francisco 49er Colin Kaepernick is being investigated for alleged sexual assault in Miami.
The quarterback has not been charged, however, according to TMZ, the woman involved in the case may have been drugged on the night in question and doesn't remember much of what happened.
Kaepernick took to Twitter this morning to address the situation, denying any wrongdoing, and thanking supporters who haven't turned their backs.
