San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is being investigated in Miami for alleged sexual assault. TMZ spoke to law enforcement in the city, who revealed that the alleged incident happened at the Viceroy Hotel earlier this month in April. An Instagram photo recently surfaced of the star football player posing with a wedding party at the hotel on the 5th. Eyewitnesses say he couldn't have been nicer, and added that he "made the bride's weekend."
No charges have been filed in the case, but officers are investigating the claims. Neither Kaepernick nor any reps from the 49ers have responded to the allegations.
