Chicago Bulls baller Derrick Rose is keeping himself busy with getting ink while he's out for the current season. He showed off his latest piece on Instagram: a portrait of Martin Luther King Jr. with his head bowed and resting on his folded hands.
Despite recovering from torn cartilage in his right knee, both Team USA and Chicago have expressed interest in Rose doing more next year. Bulls coach and Team USA assistant Tom Thibodeau spoke about one of the exhibition games being played in Chicago.
"It's great. For USA Basketball, Chicago's such a great basketball city, I just think it's a natural [fit]. Hopefully Derrick will be participating, so I think it's great for everybody. Great for the city, great for our fans, great for USA Basketball."
