Despite getting transported by U.S Marshals, Chris Brown may miss his D.C hearing on Monday.

According to TMZ, the "Loyal" singer was removed from the L.A. Men's Central Jail on Thursday and still hasn't made it to Washington D.C. Sources say that the group made several stops along the way to D.C. which is likely the reason for the delay.

Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos will stand before the court on Monday to have the singer's assault case dismissed.

The singer and his bodyguard are accused of hitting a man outside of a D.C. club in October 2013.
