Ex NBA player Stephon Marbury is making history overseas, giving The Bejing Ducks their second title in the league's history.

According to Sports World, Marbury helped his team gain their first win ever in 2012. This week he repeated history in the sixth game of the finals against the Flying Tigers Xinjiang, 88-98. After the game, the player was swarmed by fans and his teammates as he tried to hide his tears of joy from the cameras.

Marbury scored 28 points, six rebounds and five assists in the game. While the adored player didn't earn a ring in the states with his former teams, he's become a living legend in China with two championship rings and a gold plated statue that resides over the MasterCard Arena in Beijing.
