Gucci Mane may be locked away, but the rapper still continues to make money.

Noisey spoke to Gucci Mane's team who claim the rapper has made 1.3 million dollars from projects from the 1017 imprint and nine solo mixtapes in 2013.

Ronald "Caveman" Rosario who was the co-executive producer of Gucci's The State V. Rodric Davis II: The Caged Bird Sings says that fans haven't given up on the rapper and continue to support his music.

"With Gucci, last year we did a total of 12 projects, including nine Gucci Mane projects and three 1017 projects," he said "We have the official 'Free Guwop' tee shirt. That sh** sells all day everyday."

With two projects slated to drop April 1, the producer and Director of Urban Music at 101 Distribution says that Gucci has enough songs finished to put an album out every year until 2020.

"We could drop three albums a year for the next three years and still have enough material for another three years." he said.

The new projects, The Brick Factory Vol. 1, a 1017 Brick Squad compilation album, and Young Thugga Mane LaFlare, a joint project with Young Thug will be available to purchase online via Amazon, iTunes, and Google Play.

Gucci is currently serving time at the Federal Detention Center in Lovejoy, Georgia. The rapper was charged with two counts of possession of firearm by a felon last year. If convicted, the rapper faces 20 years in jail.
