Chief Keef was involved in a shooting at a home in Northfield, IL, right outside of Chicago, that has left one person hospitalized. WGN reports that the incident took place in a home that is suspected to belong to the teenage rapper's manager.

Keef's manager spoke to TMZ, revealing that the rapper was present at the time of the shooting, but says that he wasn't the shooter. However, someone called into WGN on Wednesday (March 26), stating "Chief Keef shot me."

Coincidentally, the "Hate Bein Sober" rapper and Ballout posted Instagram photos, flexing high powered weapons and cash.
