Oprah Winfrey has parted ways with the production studio show opened up back in 1990, selling it for a cool $32 million to Sterling Bay.

After the sale is finalized, O will still have use of the studio for the next two years to produce programming for OWN.

Harpo revealed the news to Crain's Chicago Business in a statement:

“We have entered into a purchasing agreement with Sterling Bay for the four-building Harpo Studios campus in Chicago’s West Loop. We expect the transaction to be closed in 30 days. The property will be leased back to Harpo for two years, and the studio will continue to produce programming for OWN.”
