Diddy has been reportedly looking at Keyshawn Johnson's former Beverly Hills mansion, up for grabs at a cool $12 million, but before he makes a move he wants to know the party policies of the local home owners association. According to TMZ, the Bad Boy head honcho is interested in buying the 11,200 square foot mansion, but given that he throws lots of parties, he wants it all to be cleared before he moves in.
The home was featured in Esquire's first-ever "Los Angeles Esquire House," where Keyshawn let the magazine into his opulent home. There are six-bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread across the home, which also features a gym, screening room, and a guesthouse on six-acres of prime Beverly Hills real estate.
