ATL rapper/ actor Ludacris is petitioning for full custody of his 2 month old daughter. TMZ reports that legal documents filed by Luda cite he's a "fit and capable parent" and should get full physical custody. He also offered up his parental resume, saying he's always been "an active father" to his 12-year-old daughter.

Along with full custody would come child support, which his youngest child's mother, Tamika Fuller would have to pay. Fuller recently sought out $15,000 a month from Ludacris for child support, which he claims he cannot afford as the death of Paul Walker has held up the filming process of the latest installment of The Fast and the Furious, money Luda was counting on. The judge settled on $7,000 a month.
