R. Kelly's failure to show up for his November 2013 court date to address his missed child support payments has landed him in some potentially serious trouble with the law.  His ex-wife Andrea Kelly filed court documents last Thursday, February 13th, which claim that Kelly failed to pay her the agreed upon $20,833 a month in child support.  R. Kelly apparently missed out on over $100,000 in unpaid child support last year, but he managed to pay off that hefty sum.

He is scheduled to appear in Chicago court again on March 27th, but if he fails to show up once more he could face up to two months behind bars.  According to a source who reported to PageSix, Kelly's lawyer James Quiglye, "is worried the judge could lock Kelly up if he doesn't show this time, but he can't reach his client."  The same source claims that Kelly also owes his lawyer thousands in legal fees, but is "unreachable in a bunker" of some sort away from the public.

Hopefully Kelly will be able to get his legal stresses in order without having to see the inside of a jail cell.
