"Odd Future has been deemed to be a potential threat to public order and the public interest for several reasons, including incidents at past performances in which they have incited violence," read the official statement from New Zealand Immigration Authorities, as they banned Odd Future from entering their country today, Thursday, February 13th.

Odd Future was scheduled to perform on Saturday, February 15th, in Auckland alongside headliner Eminem, unfortunately they were denied entry to the country according to Border Operations Manager Karen Urwin.  Their reasons stemmed from a 2011 incident that occurred in Boston where fans allegedly attacked police due to Odd Future's influence on them.

Ms. Urwin commented briefly on the matter, stating; "It's not a decision we take lightly and not one that happens often.  If we banned people who used swear words, we wouldn't have many people left in New Zealand."

Tyler has since taken to Twitter to vent his frustrations and opinions on the unfortunate banning.  Check out what he had to say, above.
