Adding nine more shows to Kanye West's Yeezus Tour may not provide the rewards that he hoped for, as Radar Online has reported tha the ticket sales are low. His February 22nd concert at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ for example, cut the ticket prices nearly in half from the original $69 cost down to $35.
Tickets for that particular show were available for purchase beginning on January 9th, but since they suffered low sales, a special discount code has been issued which will remain valid until Valentines Day in order to hopefully boost sales and fill up seats. Radar Online claims that there are still many vacant seats available. In the past Kanye also experienced low sales numbers when his Kansas City show only managed to sell 4,500 tickets out of a venue that held 19,000 seats. Hopefully for Kanye the sales numbers will pick up in the near future.
