While Justin was arrested for DUI in Miami not too long ago, he doesn't seem to feel a need to monitor his sipping habits, as he posted a picture of himself holding a wine glass to his mouth, presumably with wine in it, along with the caption, "Classy night #painting."
Chantel posted a similar picture on her own Instagram account of her holding a wine glass while sitting at a candle lit table with chocolate-covered strawberries on a plate in front of her.
