Justin Bieber was pulled over with model hottie Chantel Jeffries in the car with him, as he wound up being arrested for DUI, resisting arrest (non-violently), and drag racing earlier this week, and his companion. Since his release, reports have come in that he was denied access to the Miami Heat vs LA Lakers game that same day on Thursday, January 23rd. TMZ has since reported that Bieber has left Miami and decided to relax in Panama, and it looks like he brought his beautiful young model companion Chantel with him.
He was seen walking along the beach with her wearing a bikini while Justin remained shirtless, and two other male friends were with them. The drinking age in Panama is 18-years-old, so Justin will be free to enjoy himself to his heart's desire, without threat of arrest for consuming alcohol if he chooses to do so.
