Will Smith is slated to be the first celebrity guest chatting it up with Jimmy Fallon after he takes the reigns from Jay Leno as "Tonight Show" host, with U2 acting as musical guest.
Will stars in the new film "Focus" due to drop later this year, and U2 scored an Oscar nod with the band's song "Ordinary Love," off "Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom" soundtrack.
Will Smith appears on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Feb. 17.
