Jim Jones is being taken to court for allegedly draining investors of an excess of $200,000. Jim Jones is being sued for $700,000 by a group of investors who claim Jones took money under the guise of making a movie, but the rapper spent the cash on himself, says TMZ.

The story is Jim Jones was set to produce a movie called "Vampire Life III" as well as provide the soundtrack. However, when the investors would check in on the progress of the project, Jones would allegedly not return their calls or emails.

According to a TMZ report, the investors were "pissed" when they learned that Jones used some of the money they invested into the "Vampire Life" project to fund his own mixtapes. To add insult to injury, the investors allege that Jones used the rest of the money to produce and release a Vampire-Life clothing line that was "supposed to be merchandising for the movie."
