A Beaverton, Ore., man was arrested following several episodes of erratic behavior which culminated in the suspect allegedly masturbating in a bar.

Andrew Frey, 37, was subdued inside Iggy's Bar & Grill on Portland Road Northeast, but it took more than a dozen officers and a taser to bring him down.

Frey later told police he had used methamphetamine the day before and had no memory of his alleged wild behavior.

A bartender told cops that Frey pulled out his junk and started beating it at the bar. When a deputy arrived at the scene, Frey had moved from the bar to the bathroom, but continued to beat his meat.

Frey allegedly resisted arrest, forcing the deputy to hit him with a taser multiple times, officials said. However, the taser had little effect on Frey, who started scuffling with the officer.

At least 15 police officers from Salem, Keizer and Marion County arrived at the scene and were eventually able to subdue the suspect.

Frey was later charged with public indecency, resisting arrest and theft.
